The NBA on Tuesday unveiled the 28 players invited to participate in the Rising Stars Game on Feb. 14 at All-Star Weekend in San Francisco.

San Antonio’s Victor Wembanyama is officially headed back to All-Star weekend. Wembanyama — to no surprise — was picked for his second consecutive Rising Stars event, which will be played on Feb. 14 in San Francisco on the first night of the three-night All-Star lineup.

The NBA announced the participants for their annual Rising Stars Challenge, which consists of young players making a mark across the NBA. All participants are either rookies, sophomores, or in the NBA G-League. And for the second year in a row, a Maverick is in the Challenge.

The starters have been announced for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, which will take place on Feb. 16 at Chase Center in San Francisco. The reserve players will now be selected by NBA head coaches. Each conference will have seven reserves consisting of two backcourt players, three frontcourt players and two wild-card players of any position.

NBA All-Star Game is set to take place at the Chase Center, home of the Golden State Warriors. All-Star weekend is slated for Feb. 14–16, with classic events such as the Rising Stars game, the Three-Point Contest,
