The funeral arrangements Lorain Police Officer Phillip Wagner have been announced. Ofc. Wagner died Thursday from injuries sustained in an ambush shooting Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Lorain Police Department, the memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Doors at Rocket Arena will open at 10 a.m.
