Station Eleven's showrunner will lead the upcoming live-action series based on Bethesda's alt-history FPS franchise

Variety reports that Amazon is developing a Wolfenstein TV series with Patrick Somerville, who made post-apocalyptic miniseries Station Eleven and wrote some of HBO's The Leftovers (a show with a genuinely good twist), and Kilter Films, the production company behind Amazon's Fallout TV show.

After a successful first season of the Fallout series, Amazon MGM Studios will adapt another video game. Interestingly enough, this franchise has a story that's similar to the one in Amazon's first popular TV series,
