Former Iowa basketball stars Caitlin Clark and Kate Martin returned to Iowa City and reunited with former Hawkeyes teammates Jada Gyamfi and Gabbie Marshall.

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark and Las Vegas Aces guard Kate Martin have certainly used their time wisely. Both 2024 rookies took a trip back to Iowa, surprising the current team with their appearance while having the chance to see familiar faces.

The Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball team captured the hearts of countless basketball fans over the past two seasons. While this was in large part owing to the team's two consecutive National Championship runs and superstar Caitlin Clark's pursuit of the NCAA all-time scoring record,

Clark and Martin reunited with fellow alum Gabbie Marshall and current Hawkeye Jada Gyamfi . The group made a TikTok using an audio from "The Kardashians," saying, "Hi guys, we're back. Did you miss us? 'Cause we missed you.”

After Las Vegas was eliminated, Martin made her first offseason move by reuniting with her former Iowa teammate, Gabbie Marshall. In a video posted on TikTok by Marshall, Martin picked up her old teammate at the airport. The two then made their way to surprise another former teammate of theirs, Jada Gyamfi.
