A nurse who was on her first day of the job died in the Southend Airport plane crash. A doctor was also named among the victims. Authorities said that one more body is still missing.

Two major tragedies in a city have taken a toll on residents, a council leader said.

Essex Police said it was alerted to a plane on fire at the site in Southend-on-Sea shortly before 16:00 BST on Sunday.
