An election clerk in Texas was allegedly punched by a voter after being asked to remove his red “MAGA” hat. Jesse Lutzenbergerwas waiting in line with his wife Thursday when he was asked to remove the hat, as required by law, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Jesse Lutzenberger, 63, was arrested Thursday and charged with injury to an elderly person working the polls, according to the Bexar County police.
