Intrepid fans have been doing some serious detective work on Nintendo's N64 trailer from May and they think they've identified several as-yet-unannounced releases for Nintendo Switch Online. I started hunting with my Discord for what games Nintendo "accidentally" spoiled with the May NSO update video and this is what we have so far.

A new Nintendo leak has revealed the return of one of the best N64 games, Super Smash Bros, via Nintendo Switch Online.

It has long been possible to play many Nintendo 64 games on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, since the Japanese company introduced a few years ago the N64 emulator for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members.

Super Smash Bros, Donkey Kong 64, Forsaken, and Glover have been identified in the Switch Online Nintendo 64 app background screen.

The Nintendo 64 section of the Nintendo Switch Online library has only seen two updates in 2025 so far, with Ridge Racer 64 joining the service on January 31 and Killer Instinct Gold arriving on May 16.
