Jeanna Sniffin has 19 years of experience as a principal, and most recently served as principal at Belton ISD's High Point Elementary.

The Hardin Academy has recently been approved as a charter school, and next school year will be known as the Big Horn Academy. The Montana Board of Public Education approved five new charter schools.
