“At 5:06 p.m., a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Albion, or 8 miles southeast of Ligonier, moving northeast at 65 mph,” according to the weather service.

Heavy rain continues to pour down on Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, but much of the tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings have passed.
A severe thunderstorm warning was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 9:37 a.m. in effect until 10:15 a.m. for Baldwin County. The storms could bring wind gusts of up to 60 mph and nickel-sized hail (0.88 inches).
An updated winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 10:04 p.m. EDT in effect until Monday at 2 a.m. EDT for Iron, Dickinson and Menominee counties.
The Storm Prediction Center upgraded Southeast Michigan to an enhanced (level 3 of 5) risk on Sunday morning, which means that there was a “high confidence” of scattered to numerous severe storms with “damaging winds, severe hail, and/or tornado tornadoes.”
On Saturday at 9:50 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 10:30 p.m. The warning is for Clay, Platte and Clinton counties.
