A family is desperate to find their loved one after he went missing on Sunday. Kim Whitehurst, 69, of Winston Salem, has been reported as a high-risk missing person, His family says this is because he is in the early stages of what they believe to be dementia.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A missing endangered alert has been issued by the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons for a 69-year-old Winston-Salem man. According to the alert, Kim Tyler Whitehurst was last seen at 2945 Reynolda Road in Winston-Salem, heading north on foot.
