Friday night’s WWE SmackDown episode — which featured a tribute to Hogan the day after his passing — averaged 1.707 million viewers on USA Network.

A tribute video narrated by Paul "Triple H" Levesque encapsulates Hogan's career, from the beginning to his top moments in the ring — from WrestleMania main event matches to the New World Order to "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan. It also touches on his career outside of the ring, from movies to becoming a worldwide celebrity.

An internal WWE source has told WrestleVotes that the company will put "wheels in motion" on a contingency plan should Drew McIntyre remain stranded in the UK and thus miss both SmackDown and this weekend's SummerSlam PLE. For those who don't know, the Scot is currently stuck in England after attending a friend's wedding.
