GM on Tuesday revealed the 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X "hypercar" — a souped-up version of the Corvette E-Ray hybrid that went on sale in 2023. It features similar performance outputs to the automaker's current Corvette ZR1,

The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X takes the 1,064-hp internal-combustion V8 from the Corvette ZR1 and pairs it with a hybrid powertrain on the front axle. Chevrolet claims that the Corvette ZR1X will tackle a quarter mile in less than 9 seconds, and sprint to 60 mph before your stopwatch sees 2 seconds.

Corvette ZR1X has been unveiled, pushing the boundaries of performance with an almost unbelievable 1,250 total system horsepower from its advanced hybrid powertrain.
