A 12-year-old New Hampshire boy who was pinned down by a falling tree is showing signs of progress in his recovery.

According to the Boscawen Police Department, Kyle Murray was walking home from his school bus stop after school when the wind knocked down a spruce tree. The tree fell directly on top of him.
