A boutique hotel developer has announced some upscale plans for downtown Ada, Michigan: a 24-room hotel near the Thornapple River that features a rooftop deck and a ground-flour lounge.

There are also plans to add a rooftop deck. Charter House Innovations will work with Ada-based Dixon Architecture and contractor First Companies to design 24 hotel rooms.

The DeVos-family-backed project plans to welcome guests this fall. The boutique hotel will also be home to two restaurants.
