Ohio deputies arrest two females who allegedly stole from the Ohio Valley Mall, Officials believe there could be more thefts
The Belmont County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested and charged two females, 25-year-old Kiara Bannister and 27-year-old Darquell Richardson of Toledo, Ohio for shoplifting at local stores.
