The Cincinnati Bengals made some minor roster moves as rookies started reporting to training camp. There, the Bengals put tight end Erick All Jr. on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list and undrafted offensive lineman Seth McLaughlin on the Active/Non-Football Injury list.
