Harold Lusthouse’s daughter and son made an emotional plea at city hall Wednesday for safety barriers to be installed on Leaside Bridge.

REGINA - A Saskatchewan teenager is in hospital after he was struck down by an RCMP vehicle on a First Nation north of Regina.

An officer was found unconscious in his Ford SUV and was rushed to the hospital. He suffered carbon monoxide poisoning.
