Former “General Hospital” actress Leslie Charleson’s death last month was the result of “sequelae of blunt head trauma,” according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office.

General Hospital mainstay Leslie Charleson, who starred in over 2,000 episodes of the soap, died in January. But new documents show she may have been suffering from long-term effects of a head injury.
