The U.S. Postal Service for the first time is giving people a voice in stamp history by asking them to vote on their all-time favorites.

Students in Carroll County have the opportunity to submit a design for the “I Voted” sticker that will be handed out during the March 2026 Preferential Primary and the November 2026 General Election.
