A volcanic eruption restarted in Iceland, with lava flow threatening the already severely damaged fishing town Grindavik.
A volcano is erupting in the southwestern part of Iceland, hours after a nearby town and the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa were evacuated.
Tuesday's eruption also caused the evacuation of the Blue Lagoon spa, one of the country's top tourist destinations.
A volcanic eruption in southwestern Iceland on Tuesday prompted an emergency evacuation from the town of Grindavik, which has been endangered by eight of the 11 eruptions on the Reykjanes Peninsula since 2021.
