The New York Knicks traded Karl-Anthony Towns to give the team more star potential next to Jalen Brunson. While Towns has enjoyed a tremendous first season in the Big Apple, it's clear that he cannot lead a team on his own.

Without Jalen Brunson, the Knicks have needed their secondary scorers to elevate. OG Anunoby certainly has answered the call. And he’s beginning to showcase a new offensive element that could unlock an important part of his game.

They currently sit as the No. 3 seed and should remain in the spot barring collapse over the final games of the regular season. They have accomplished that feat despite a late-season sprained ankle suffered by their star player, Jalen Brunson, in a March 5 showdown with the Los Angeles Lakers.
