The Tulsa Police Department celebrated the opening of a new helicopter hangar on Tuesday.

Three individuals, including a man from Lowell, have been arrested following an investigation into gunfire reported early Tuesday afternoon in the area of the Henderson-Swasey Town Forest in Exeter.
