After the last three issues, Red Hood and the Outlaws seemed to be on the rise. This last issue was definitely the weakest since the end of the Amnesia Arc, but there are some cool Lobo moments ...

It appears that Red Hood is just about set to make his debut ... armor plating that goes well with his Flash-style helmet and a cool looking red outfit to go along with the mask.

However, since Red Hood appears in it wearing his standard attire, I do not see the point of this suit. The color scheme is cool; however, the Beyond suit pulls it off far better, in my opinion.

In all seriousness, “The Red Hood” was roughly as good as Gotham ... I mean, if that’s what you’re going for, then cool. But… – Dr. Dulmacher. Get the hell out of here with that ...
