SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. — Florida’s Department of Health has lifted the red tide health advisory at all 16 beaches in Sarasota County. That health advisory has been in place since December 28.
Hubbard said the 2018 red tide outbreak affected 22 counties along the coast. This year, the most heavily impacted areas are Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
