Barrington Dave meticulously planned a Rockefeller Center ice skating proposal to Kennedy Kinnard which went viral on TikTok. The proposal was all Kinnard wished for.

Plans are underway for the 2025 Fourth of July Celebration in Muscatine, and many of the community's favorite event return this year.
