The equipment trucks have arrived at George M. Steinbrenner Field, where workers ushered dozens of cardboard boxes and duffel bags toward the home clubhouse this week: bats, balls, uniforms and everything else the Yankees will need for six weeks of Spring Training under the Florida sunshine.

The Tigers begin their Spring Training schedule on Feb. 22 at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. It is the first of 33 games this spring, including 14 at home. The best place for Tigers fans to get tickets to see some Grapefruit League action is at StubHub, SeatGeek or Ticketmaster.

Training isn't as fun as it used to be with star players playing less and less, and it's pricing out hardcore baseball fans.
