A Springfield man who was convicted of first-degree murder in 1985 has had his conviction overturned due to the prosecution’s withholding of exculpatory evidence.

The Springfield Police Department Ordinance Unit will be conducting a quality-of-life park and walk sweet in several areas on Thursday.
