The Illinois Community College Trustees Association has named Heartland Community College President Keith Cornille as the recipient of the 2025 Advocacy Award.

The new facility, scheduled to open in the fall of 2027, will serve students enrolled in both Career and College Promise and Rowan County Early College programs.
