Seattle police shot and killed an armed man dressed in a World War II-era Nazi uniform early Thursday morning in the University District.

A German uniform fell out. It was from one of the prisoners of war. They took it to the police expecting a reward but instead they were told off because they should'nt have been playing on open land.
