Chattanooga Preparatory School will be on probationary status rather than having its charter revoked, officials said, due to recent improvements at the charter school.

The breakdown in negotiations leaves the future of the downtown Phoenix campus of ASU Preparatory Academy, which serves about 1,200 kids, in limbo.
