Albany Med and CDPHP have reached an agreement on a new contract, after a months-long dispute. This deal includes the insurance provider paying Albany Medical Center $30 million in payments withheld for more than a year. The new two-year contract will prevent any disruption in care for members of CDPHP, according to Albany Med.
