Officials say the advisory is in effect until Marietta Water has completed the appropriate testing to be confident that there is no longer a public health concern.

A boil water advisory was issued Friday night for all town of Fort Gay customers, town officials posted on social media. On Thursday, a similar advisory was issued for all Fort Gay customers outside of town due to a leak.

KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MI – A boil-water advisory is in effect for parts of Comstock Township after a temporary loss of water pressure. The advisory, issued Thursday, Jan. 23, is precautionary for Kalamazoo water customers within the affected area of East H Avenue, 28th Street and Hunters Run. The advisory affects only drinking water.
