Kenny Pickett had a good chance to be the new starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, but early reports have been discouraging.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns enter Day 3 of training camp, encountering what seems to be a mostly cloudy Friday. Starting around 11:20 a.m., quarterbacks coach Bill Musgrave, defensive line coach Jacques Cesaire, and select players will speak with the media.
