The Cleveland Browns decided to trade for Deshaun Watson in a deal with theHouston Texans just a few years ago. The trade sent three first-round picks tothe Texans for Watson, a decision that clearly wasn’t the right one.

Deshaun Watson was placed on the physically unable to perform list by the Cleveland Browns as veterans reported to training camp on Tuesday. Watson could potentially miss the entire 2025 season while recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon suffered in January.

Competition for the starting quarterback job in Cleveland will not include the Browns' highest-paid QB, Deshaun Watson.
