Brazoria County gathered to honor Deputy Jesus Vargas, a veteran deputy who was killed in the line of duty just four months ago.

Rocky, a Belgian Malinois, was wounded after leading law enforcement to the man who shot and killed a Brazoria County deputy in January. Rocky was honored along with that fallen deputy, Jesus Vargas.
