An interesting amalgamation of rehash, redemption, and enough hilarious moments just barely qualify Happy Gilmore 2 as a worthy sequel.
"Happy Gilmore 2" releases on Netflix July 25, and the Adam Sandler-starring sequel is filled with familiar faces including Travis Kelce and Post Malone.
During the film's climax, Post Malone makes a cameo as DJ Omar Grant, a flamboyantly dressed sports commentator who weighs in on Happy's final tournament. Post has been racking up film roles over the past few years with recent parts in Road House and This Is Me...Now: A Love Story and Dear Santa.
Happy Gilmore 2 is one of the latest releases on Netflix. Although the film includes a sturdy narrative thread and some engaging roles, the laughs truly drive its popularity.
