There is a delicate balance when it comes to parkour, the Council of the Town of Greater Napanee learned this week.

Jimi Wade Wilson, 58, passed away July 15, 2025, at his residence in Dyersburg. Born in San Pedro, Calif., he was the son of the late Jimmy Earl Wilson and Peggy Luana Smith.
