The father of a 14-year-old boy accused of gunning down students and teachers at a north Georgia high school will not be tried by jurors from the county where it happened.

Authorities gave an update on the Florida State University shooting. Five were hurt and two people are dead, and authorities say the shooter is a FSU student and the son of a Leon County deputy.
