Seeking an acquittal or a brand new trial, the incarcerated Sean "Diddy" Combs has pretty much already launched an appeal on his conviction of the lesser counts in the ‘I Need A Girl’ performer’s sex-trafficking trial and he hasn't even been sentenced yet.

The judge previously denied Combs’ bail request, claiming that Diddy has displayed a “disregard for the rule of law and a propensity of violence.”

Sean Diddy Combs' lawyers on Tuesday urged the judge who oversaw his sex crimes trial to release him from jail on a $50-million bond ahead of his October 3 sentencing, after the hip-hop mogul was found not guilty of the most serious charges he faced.
