A lot of eyes will be glued to the Seattle Mariners farm system in the next five days in the lead up to the 2025 MLB trade deadline, which is set for 3 p.m. PT on July 31. One of the Mariners most interesting prospects is starting to heat up for the organization's High-A Everett AquaSox.
On Wednesday, the Seattle Mariners acquired Josh Naylor from the Arizona Diamondbacks, likely taking them out of the Eugenio Suarez sweepstakes. Multiple teams, including the Tigers, could emerge as serious suitors for Suarez before the 2025 MLB trade deadline.

Since 2021, Naylor hit a homer roughly once every 24 at-bats — including a career-high 31 last year with Cleveland when he hit one every 18 at-bats.
