Toronto police have arrested a man after an investigation into several suspicious incidents where the suspect allegedly followed the same woman several times.

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) say a 47-year-old motorcyclist was killed after veering into a ditch and being ejected off his motorcycle in Clarington.
