The sixth season of Psych, consisting of 16 episodes, premiered on the USA Network in the United States on October 12, 2011 and continued to air until April 11, 2012. James Roday, Dulé Hill, Timothy Omundson, Maggie Lawson, Corbin Bernsen and Kirsten Nelson all reprised their roles as the main characters.

Serial killer Mr. Yin Yang who murdered 6 victims in 1995 resurfaces to play his cat-and-mouse clues games as he did with police officers back then. He has never been defeated and chooses Shawn as his next opponent and the clues come fast and furious to save a young woman. Each clue has to do with something in Shawn's past.
