Jun 18, 2018 · It depends on what you are doing with it. I think this setup would work great if you are hunting with a thermal/ NV scope or clip on. Sitting stationary, the overlay is more reliable, and you have the option to articulate up the NV monocular and scan with thermal only. You will see way more animals scanning with head mounted thermal.
