Shuu Tsukiyama (月山 習, Tsukiyama Shū) was the infamous Gourmet (美食家, Bishokuka) ghoul of the 20th ward. He comes from the extremely wealthy and influential Tsukiyama family which his father, Mirumo Tsukiyama was the head of.

Gourmet (美食, Bishoku) is the thirty-second chapter in Tokyo Ghoul. A man breaks into a young woman ’s house, which he may seem to have known for a long time. They mixed in the translation Gourmet with Glottony/Binge Eater that Is a Rinkaku and it's what is writen on that page. Suzuya even talks about killing Binge Eater. I think it's a traduce error, at least in spanish it's well said.
